At Neuro Alliance, we offer specialised accessible footwear fittings to ensure you find the perfect pair of Billy Shoes tailored to your needs. Our fitting sessions are conducted by an Allied Health Assistant (Therapy Aide Level 2), providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.

About Billy Shoes

Billy Shoes are designed with accessibility and comfort in mind. BILLY Footwear incorporates zippers that run along the side of the shoes and around the toe, allowing the upper of each shoe to open and fold over completely. This design enables the wearer to place their foot onto the shoe footbed unobstructed. With a simple tug on the zipper-pull, the shoe closes and secures over the user’s foot.

Fitting Process

1. Complete Referral

Begin by submitting a referral through our website. This will initiate the process for booking your fitting session.

2. Schedule Your Session

After your referral is received, a member of the Neuro Alliance team will contact you to schedule a fitting session at our clinic.

3. Fitting and Purchase

During your fitting session, you will have the opportunity to try on various Billy Shoes. We may have the shoes available for immediate purchase at the clinic. If your preferred colour or style is not in stock, we will place an order and inform you once the shoes are delivered to the clinic.

4. Postage and Handling

While we recommend picking up your shoes at the clinic, home delivery is available for an additional postage and handling fee. Please let us know your preference.
