What is Neuro Arms?

Neuro Arms is a group-based program that enables participants to engage in individually prescribed exercise that targets their shoulder, arm, and hand to improve their day-to-day function. Your program is designed by your Upper Limb Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist in line with your goals.

Group-based therapy provides an opportunity to develop connections and participate in a support network in a community of like-minded individuals.

Your eligibility for Neuro Arms will be determined by your Upper Limb Therapist. If you are deemed eligible, you will undergo the following:

• 1:1 session(s) with an Upper Limb Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to develop your Neuro Arms program and ensure you are comfortable with all exercises included.
• 1-hour group exercise sessions, booked in 10-week ‘blocks’.
• 1:1 session(s) with your Upper Limb Therapist each block to review and update your Neuro Arms program in line with your progress and goals.
