AQUA Chi is an aquatic therapy technique that combines breathing and movement to target an individual’s function, strength, balance and mindset. AQUA Chi focuses on upper limb, trunk and lower limb control and stability, as well as increasing relaxation and mental awareness. Ai Chi, the evidence-based aquatic technique that Neuro AQUA Chi has been developed from, has shown to be effective in many populations including Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and chronic stroke. It has demonstrated improvements in flexibility, balance, core strength, pain, and stress.
