Insurance & Care NSW – iCare
The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) oversees the workers compensation system in New South Wales, ensuring that injured workers receive the necessary support, rehabilitation, and compensation following a workplace injury.
Accessing Support under Lifetime Care and Workers Compensation:
1. Lifetime Care:
- If you have sustained a catastrophic injury in a motor vehicle accident, you may be eligible for Lifetime Care.

2. Workers Compensation:
