DanielGeneral Manager APA Neurological Physiotherapist
Daniel is a practicing titled APA Neurological Physiotherapist and former Occupational Therapist. He has a special interest in managing multi trauma rehabilitation cases and working with clients who have complex tone presentations. He also has a clinical focus on neurodegenerative conditions including movement disorders and rare genetic myopathies.

Alicia Operations Manager - Senior Occupational Therapist
Alicia has worked in various Neurological settings within Australia and abroad. She has a particular clinical interest in pressure care, wheelchair prescription and seating systems. Alicia is a current member of Occupational Therapy Australia and holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Training. Alicia oversees the day-to-day operation within Neuro Alliance and believes compassion, collaboration and respect are cornerstone to any business.

Anna Clinical Manager - Paediatric Centre
Anna is the Clinical Manager of the paediatric team. She oversees the intake and allocation of new referrals, coordinates the caseloads of the clinical teams, and implements service development for areas where a clinical need is identified. Anna works very closely with the remainder of the Management Team to ensure that the day-to-day running of Neuro Alliance Paediatrics meets the expectations of both clients and staff.

Casey Referral Coordinator - Paediatrics
Casey is the referrals coordinator for the Neuro Alliance Paediatric Service. She has wealth of experience in customer service and will support clients and families on their intake journey. Casey assists with bookings, service agreements and funding checks.

Anna Rose Senior Physiotherapist - Physiotherapy Team Leader
Anna-Rose is a passionate and experienced physiotherapist with extensive experience in paediatric neurological settings across both public and private sectors. She has expertise in managing physical disabilities including cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, and limb deficiency. As Physiotherapy Team Leader, Anna-Rose mentors staff, develops therapy programs, and ensures children receive personalised, evidence-based care in a supportive, empowering environment to reach their full potential.

Sarah Titled APA Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist
Sarah is a titled APA Paediatric Physiotherapist with experience supporting children with complex medical, therapy, and equipment needs. She has a special interest in working with children with cerebral palsy, functional neurological disorder, developmental delay, and neurodegenerative and genetic conditions. Sarah enjoys delivering both land-based and hydrotherapy interventions and is committed to family-centred, evidence-based care. She completed her Masters in Paediatric Physiotherapy in 2024 and continues to pursue ongoing professional development to provide quality and evidence-based care to her clients.

Natasha Senior Physiotherapist
Tash has a background working with all ages across the lifespan in the private practice/community setting. Tash’s passion area is paediatrics and she enjoys mixing fun with hard work to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients. Tash enjoys supporting clients with a wide range of developmental, physical and neurological needs to build on skills and help day to day functioning. Tash loves working in settings appropriate to the individual’s therapy goals and can conduct community visits, centre visits, home visits and/or school visits to provide therapy in all settings relevant and meaningful.

Zena Physiotherapist
With experience across the lifespan, Zena has found her greatest connection with paediatric clients. Zena’s playful nature and empathy allow her to build strong, meaningful relationships that support engagement and progress. Zena brings a wealth of experience in hydrotherapy and clinical Pilates, thoughtfully integrating these evidence-based modalities into her therapy to support motor learning, strength, and functional outcomes. Zena is committed to her ongoing learning and continually expands her clinical toolbox to better serve her clients. Looking ahead, her vision is to become a leading clinician in the area of neurological rehabilitation for young athletes and to improve access to high-quality therapy for individuals living in regional and remote communities. Zena brings warmth, creativity, and clinical excellence to every session, making her a valued member of the Neuro Alliance team.

Ashleigh Senior Speech Pathologist
Ashleigh has worked in hospital and community settings, primarily in the early intervention space. She has a special interest in paediatric feeding, speech sound disorders and complex communication. Ashleigh is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice and is certified in multiple programs and areas particularly around feeding, speech sounds and early language development. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments that celebrate a child’s strengths and how they communicate.

Brittany Senior Speech Pathologist
Brittany has worked in community settings in rural and metropolitan areas. This was primarily in the early intervention, school-aged and young adult space. She has a special interest in complex communication needs, paediatric feeding, and trauma-informed practice. Brittany is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice and is certified in multiple programs and areas particularly around complex communication, feeding and language development. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments that celebrate a client’s strengths, how they communicate and supporting them to achieve their personal goals.

Clare Senior Speech Pathologist
Clare has extensive experience in paediatric community settings, mainly in early intervention. She has a special interest in early language development, speech sound disorders, and ear health and hearing. Clare is a strong advocate for evidence based practice, and is certified in multiple programs including Hanen. Clare loves being creative and play based, and enjoys using music and song in therapy. She is passionate about coaching parents and carers and building their confidence to support their child’s goals. Clare believes in celebrating strengths and individuality, and takes a family centred approach to therapy.

Anna Senior Occupational Therapist - Team Leader
Anna graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2005 and has worked in public health and private practice in rural NSW and the Newcastle/Hunter area since this time. In her clinical role, she enjoys working with children and families with a range of physical and neurological needs to help them engage in daily activities that are meaningful and important to them – including assistive technology and capacity building interventions. Anna is passionate about therapy sessions being goal focussed and fun! Alongside Anna you may spot Cocker Spaniel Jazz or Jonno her Therapy Dogs adding support and reassurance to clients as they learn.

Emma Senior Occupational Therapist
Emma Graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2016 and has worked in the community mainly in the paediatric space in NSW as well as working overseas in London as locum OT for two years alongside some travel. She is passionate about working on meaningful goals with clients and their families that are functional, fun and client centred. She has special interest for working with children with neurological conditions and interventions such as upper limb therapy and finding the best assistive technology solutions to improve function and participation. Emma is accredited in the assisting hand assessment which is an assessment for children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy (2-18 years old).

Ellenie Occupational Therapist
El graduated from the University of Newcastle and primarily works within paediatrics, supporting children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, and physical needs. El also provides intervention to adults with a focus on upper limb rehabilitation. Clinical passions include assistive equipment, upper limb intervention and supporting individuals with limb differences. Recent CPD includes Analysis and retraining of upper limb function after stroke, ASTRIS PME Clinical Summit Day, and training in courageous conversations.

RachaelOccupational Therapist
Rachael graduated from the University of Newcastle, bringing valuable paediatric experience across various settings, including clinics, schools, and community environments. Passionate about a holistic approach, Rachael is dedicated to helping children and families achieve meaningful goals and reach their full potential. She focuses on creating a supportive, client-centred environment where children can have fun while developing essential skills. Rachael is equally committed to working closely with families, providing them with strategies to support both their children and themselves in their caregiving journey.

Maryam Occupational Therapist
Maryam (Maz) graduated from the University of Newcastle and has worked in the paediatric hospital and community space. She has also spent some time volunteering as an OT overseas and helped to establish the OT role there. Maz is passionate about working with clients and their families to achieve goals that are meaningful to them in a way that is fun and rewarding. Maz has a keen interest in working with children with neurological conditions and developmental delays at an early age to assist them in reaching their milestones through collaborative interventions with families.

JazTherapy Dog working with Anna
Jazz is making her way into retirement in May 2026!! Jazz has been trained as a Therapy Dog by Therapy Dogs NSW. She lives with and works alongside our Occupational Therapist Anna with some of Anna’s clients. Jazz is a friendly, quiet, and kind 6yr old Cocker Spaniel girl who loves a pat and just being with people. If you would like to meet her please let our staff know and Anna can bring her into your appointment when Jazz is in the clinic.

Introducing Jazz’s brother Jonno!! Also trained as a Therapy Dog by Therapy Dogs NSW. Jonno lives with and works alongside our Occupational Therapist Anna with some of Anna’s clients. Jonno is a 2yr old lad, with loads of energy with a cheeky, teenage mindset. He still has lots to learn and lots of love to give. If you would like to meet him please let our staff know and Anna can bring him into your appointment when Jonno is in the clinic.
